Traditional BSD games taken mostly from DragonFly BSD

This is a port of the BSD "standard" games from Dragonfly BSD which includes many improvements and cleanups from NetBSD and OpenBSD. Sail is pulled from NetBSD sources, since the Dragonfly version wasn't working.
