FUSE driver for HFS+ filesystems

FUSE driver for HFS+ based on NetBSD's kernel driver with modifications. This driver is read-only and cannot write to or damage the target filesystem in any way. hfsfuse also includes two standalone tools, hfsdump and hfstar, which can be used in an HFS+ volume without FUSE.
