Octave-forge package statistics-resampling

The octave-forge package is the result of The GNU Octave Repository project, which is intended to be a central location for custom scripts, functions and extensions for GNU Octave. contains the source for all the functions plus build and install scripts. This is statistics-resampling. Estimate bias, uncertainty (standard errors and confidence intervals) and test hypotheses (p-values) using resampling methods. (Note that versions of this package <= 5.4.3 are named the statistics-bootstrap package).
