Convert HTML document into LaTeX

This is an HTML to LaTeX translator. CREDITS Nathan Torkington adapted the HTML parser from NCSA's Xmosaic package (file://ncsa.uiuc.edu/Web/xmosaic) and wrote the conversion code.
