Kernel crypto driver using Intel(R) ISA-L crypto

ISA-L crypto is a collection of optimized low-level functions targeting cryptography applications. This port provides a driver for the in-kernel opencrypto framework that uses routines in the ISA-L crypto library. https://github.com/01org/isa-l_crypto
