Command-line tool for executing jobs in parallel
rush is a tool similar to GNU parallel and gargs. rush borrows some ideas from them and has some unique features, e.g., supporting custom defined variables, resuming multi-line commands, more advanced embedded replacement strings. These features make rush suitable for easy and flexibe parallelization of complex workflows in fields like Bioinformatics.
