Compressing X protocol proxy designed to support X11 over slow links
dxpc is an X protocol compressor designed to improve the speed of X11 applications run over low-bandwidth links such as dialup PPP connections. dxpc attempts to exploit patterns in X protocol messages to limit the amount of data actually sent over the network.
